Absolute luxury. We we treated in the garden suite with our own pool and a large well decorated set of rooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs;.going out of their way to point us to great local food and siteseeing. The location, on the Saigon river, under a tropical forest, was spectacular The whole retreat was designed to suit the setting. Whimsically like an elven realm. Wish we had more time to stay.

Wonderful luxury hotel! Service was top notch with friendly and attentive staff. The room was huge, tastefully decorated, and super comfortable. The included breakfast had a vast array of options which were all delicious. There were many activities such as yoga and meditation for guests but we sadly didn’t have time to attend them. Extras such as meals in the restaurant or drinks from the minibar were quite expensive but it’s what I would expect in the context. It’s a retreat away from Ho Chi Minh City, so requires a bit of travel to get in and out of the city but they provide a complimentary speed boat transfer to and from the city which was fun and convenient and means it feels pleasantly secluded.

If you want to enjoy the iconic but rather hectic city of Ho Chi Minh, but stay on a resort basis surrounded by tranquility and lush vegetation just outside of its rather polluted centre, this is the perfect hotel for you. Situated only half an hour from the airport by taxi, and providing a free speedboat guest shuttle service down the Saigon river into the heart of the city running multiple times a day taking 20 minutes, the hotel has it all covered. Rooms are modern and very Five Star in nature. We stayed in one of the hotel's pool villas immediately adjacent to the gentle trickle of the Saigon river. The room was huge and felt like sheer luxury. The hotel’s restaurant, also adjacent to the Saigon river, is outstanding. Whilst its menu doesn’t boast a shopping list-length choice of Vietnamese cuisine, the hotel's food (both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese) nevertheless scores a comfortable 10 out of 10, featuring bespoke and delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet was as good as it gets too. Overall, staff hospitality couldn’t have been more welcoming and proactive. No problem, large or small, was too much trouble for them. Lovely setting. Great for a chill night away from the centre. Room fantastic size for money. We stayed in the cheapest room but it was great. No one was in the shared pool either so we had that to ourselves for the day. Staff very attentive. Food very good, especially breakfast.

The service was amazing and the location was in a garden of Eden. Rooms were beautiful and lovely size. They took into account that I was disabled and put us in a room on the ground level very close to the restaurant which was extremely appreciated. It was a birthday weekend for my wife and they meticulously planned everything with balloons and a banner in the bedroom on arrival and a beautiful cake. We all had a wonderful massage. The attention to detail made this five star hotel well earned write down to them waving and then uniformly bowling as the boat pulled away from the jetty. Nice touch. Wandering around the resort you would have no idea how big the place actually was because it was so overflowing with greenery. A Special shout out for Drew and Nhi who really went out of their way to look after us.
